Beautiful resort with a ton of amenities. We even enjoyed a gorgeous bike ride around Egg Harbor on their complimentary bikes!! Tastefully decorated rooms that are well furnished, several TV's, an outdoor patio with furniture, kitchen, stove, and microwave. The resort has an indoor and outdoor pool, workout room, great Continental breakfast, and we were thoroughly impressed with the hostess at the front desk. Extremely friendly and helpful. We all loved it and are already planning another trip back!
We have been coming here since the resort opened and love it here. However this time we noticed a not so pleasant smell in one of the bedrooms, the blankets are obviously not cleaned very often, and there was toothpaste all over the bathroom cabinets.
Loved this resort. Clean and centrally located. Very quiet. We would definitely come back again. The only complaint would be the sofa isn't very comfortable.

Great location. Good price. Breakfast provided but definitely not as good as past years. Cool pancakes alternating with tepid French toast. Hard boiled eggs. Bread. Cold cereal. Newport 20 Years old and starting to show its age. Time for a refurbishment. Stained couch. Worn carpet. Etc. Staff very friendly though.
During the week it's very quiet here which is nice, but on weekends it can get very loud with out of control kids running around in the hallways. We had to tell the parents we didn't want to listen to their screaming kids and they did quiet down. I think the staff should be the ones to keep things under control, the staff would have had to be deaf, to not hear these kids.
Despite this we will be back, however during the week only, so we can avoid the loud kids we seem to encounter quite often.
I'm sorry parents, but take your kids to Super 8 and not Door country to be out of control.
